Through this Cookies Policy (“Policy”), Creator Ads presents to its users (“Users”) and visitors (“Visitors”) the manner in which it collects and uses the cookies of this website.

What are cookies?

Sharing with service providers, regulatory bodies, or judicial authorities takes place within the limits and purpose of Creator Ads' business and so that Creator Ads can provide the services made available through its Platform.

In this regard, Creator Ads shares the Personal Data of Users and Visitors for the following purposes:

  • Offering relevant advertisements to Users and Visitors more effectively;
  • Collecting consolidated data for internal analysis and understanding the performance of our services;

Data Security

Creator Ads follows commonly used security standards and employs its best efforts to ensure the security of the personal data of Users and Visitors, with the aim of respecting and protecting their personal information against loss, theft, or other forms of misuse and unauthorized access. In the event of a suspected personal data breach, Creator Ads undertakes to notify the Users and Visitors who may have been affected, as described in its Privacy Policy available at the link.

Management of Cookies

Creator Ads makes the customization of cookies available to Users and Visitors, in accordance with the user's consent, or automatically configures the cookies made available on its Platform. The User or Visitor of the Platform may review cookie permissions at any time, including to block them, accept them, or enable notifications for when certain cookies are sent to their device. To manage browser cookies, simply do so directly in the browser settings, in the Cookies management area. This action, however, may affect the availability of certain tools and functionalities of the Platform or of our services, compromising their correct and expected operation and, eventually, compromising a more personalized experience.

In this case, the User or Visitor must remove the cookies directly in their Browser settings, and must therefore access the support of their browser directly to customize their cookies, whether Safari, Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer, or iOS.

Modifications to the terms of this Policy

This Cookies Policy may be amended at any time, in accordance with the purpose or need, as well as for adequacy and legal compliance with any provision of law or rule having equivalent legal force, with the version in effect always being the most recent one.

The User or Visitor must inform Creator Ads, through the support channel: suaprivacidade@creatorads.io, should they not agree with the amended terms. In the absence of a manifestation within the stipulated period, or should the User or Visitor continue to use Creator Ads' services or browse our Platform, it shall be understood that the User or Visitor has accepted the new Policy.

The new Cookies Policy will be available on the Platform upon the User's or Visitor's next access.

Applicable Legislation and Choice of Forum

All items of this Policy are governed by the laws in force in the Federative Republic of Brazil. For all matters relating to the interpretation, performance, or any other question related to this Policy, the parties agree and expressly elect the Central Forum of the Judicial District of São Paulo. The User or Visitor declares to have read, understood, and accepted all the rules, conditions, and obligations established in this Cookies Policy.
