BRANDLOVERS LTDA ("BrandLovers") cares about your privacy and wants you to be familiar with how we collect, use, and disclose information, respecting all guidelines described in Brazilian legislation, specifically the General Data Protection Law ("LGPD"). This Privacy Policy describes our practices within the scope of information that we or our service providers collect through the website or application (hereinafter referred to as "Service") operated and controlled by us, from which you agree to this Privacy Policy. By providing us with personal information or by using the Service, you confirm that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1) DEFINITIONS
Creator: an individual or legal entity that uses the Platform to produce and distribute digital content, with the intent of connecting with Brands for advertising and promotional purposes.
Brands: companies or entities that use the Platform to identify and connect with Creators with the objective of promoting their products, services, or institutional image through advertising campaigns on social networks.
BrandLovers: the company that owns the Platform, acting as an intermediary between Creators and Brands, facilitating and assisting the parties in the creation of advertising campaigns.
Platform: the digital environment provided by BrandLovers, accessible through a website or application, where Content Creators and Brands can interact, negotiate, and establish commercial partnerships.
Social Networks: refers to digital social interaction platforms where Creators can share information and content, and which may be integrated into the Platform to facilitate the dissemination of advertising campaigns promoted by Brands.
Personal Data: refers to any information related to an identified or identifiable natural person, as set forth in the General Data Protection Law.
Cookies: are small text files stored on the user's device when they access the Platform. These files are intended to collect information about browsing, improve the user experience, personalize the displayed content, and perform statistical usage analyses of the Platform.
2) DATA COLLECTION
By using the BrandLovers platform, the Creator acknowledges and authorizes BrandLovers and the Brands to: Collect statistics related to metrics from their Social Networks operated by the companies GOOGLE LLC. (application "YouTube"), META PLATFORM, INC. (application "Instagram") and TIKTOK PTE. LTD.. (application "TikTok") strictly for the provision of platform functionalities related to view data, engagement metrics, audience metrics, and information related to content from these Social Networks.

Should the Creator choose to link their YouTube account, or use any Platform functionalities that integrate data from YouTube, they hereby agree to fully comply with the YouTube Terms of Service.
You may revoke our application's access to your YouTube data at any time through Google Security Settings.
Public data accessed via the YouTube API (such as channel name, videos, and statistics) is stored for up to 30 days. After this period, the data is automatically deleted or updated through a new API query, as required by YouTube's developer policies.
This application uses YouTube API Services. By using the BrandLovers platform, you also agree to YouTube's Terms of Service and Google's Privacy Policy.
We only collect public channel data (name, videos, subscribers) to generate metrics within the platform. You may revoke access at any time at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions.
Make decisions regarding the processing of collected personal data, as well as carry out such processing, also considering exclusively the maintenance of operation and generation of improvements to the platform.
3) USE OF INFORMATION
3.1. BrandLovers uses the collected information for the following purposes:
a) Enabling the provision of services requested on the webpage and the Platform;
b) Generation of statistics and metrics for calculating the performance of the Creator's social networks and campaigns for viewing and analysis by the Brands;
c) Identifying the profile and offering guidance regarding the services provided;
d) Sending informational content related to the webpage and Platform;
e) Development of new products and services.
3.2. We collect public data from your YouTube channel, such as channel name, number of subscribers, and published videos, to provide statistics and metrics to improve the activities indicated in clause 3.1.
3.3. This data is stored securely and used exclusively for the activities indicated in clause 3.1.
4) DATA SHARING
The Company, under no circumstances, sells users' personal data. The sharing of such data may occur strictly for the purposes specified below:
(a) Data processing with suppliers in order to ensure the operation of the platform and website;
(b) Compliance with any legal process or applicable law, which may include laws outside your country of residence;
(c) Protection of our rights, privacy, security, or property and/or the rights, security, or property of our affiliates, yours, or those of others.
5) INTERNATIONAL DATA TRANSFER
BrandLovers, in order to ensure the execution and quality of the services described in the Platform's Terms of Use, may occasionally transfer Personal Data to suppliers in other countries. In these cases, data will be processed in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law and suppliers that comply with the standards of applicable Brazilian legislation will be chosen.
6) HOW TO ACCESS, MODIFY, OR DELETE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
If you wish to review, correct, update, restrict, or delete your personal data, or if you wish to request an electronic copy of it to transmit to another company (to the extent these rights are granted to you by applicable law), please contact us via email at contato@brandlovrs.com.
7) USE OF COOKIES
We use cookies and similar technologies to improve application functionality and analyze traffic. These technologies may collect information about your device and usage behavior.

7.1 Cookies for Advertising, Remarketing, and Measurement
In addition to cookies necessary for the operation of the Platform, BrandLovers may use cookies and similar technologies for advertising, remarketing, and measurement of advertising campaigns.
These resources allow:
(i) Displaying personalized advertisements based on the User's interests and interactions;
(ii) Carrying out remarketing actions, i.e., presenting BrandLovers advertisements to users who have already visited the Platform;
(iii) Measuring the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
(iv) Analyzing interactions with advertisements and browsing behavior.
(v) For these purposes, third-party services may be used, including but not limited to, Google Ads, Google Marketing Platform, Display & Video 360 (DV360), and Google Analytics with advertising features enabled.
These services may collect information such as IP address, device identifiers, browser, pages accessed, time spent, and interactions performed on the Platform, and such data may be used for the creation of custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and campaign performance reports.
8) DATA SECURITY
BrandLovers follows commonly used security standards and employs its best efforts to ensure the security of Users' and Visitors' personal data, with the objective of respecting and protecting their personal information against loss, theft, or other forms of misuse and unauthorized access.
9) RETENTION PERIOD
We retain your personal data for the period necessary or permitted based on the purposes for which it was obtained. The criteria used to determine retention periods include:
(i) the period during which BrandLovers maintains a commercial relationship with the Creator and there is the provision of the platform licensing service;
(ii) whether there is a legal obligation to which we are subject; and
(iii) whether retention is advisable due to a legal matter, such as a statute of limitations.
(iv) Public data accessed via the YouTube API (such as channel name, videos, and statistics) is stored for up to 30 days. After this period, the data is automatically deleted or updated through a new API query, as required by YouTube's developer policies.
After the end of the commercial relationship and the Creator remaining inactive on the platform, BrandLovers will observe the minimum legal retention period for the data and, subsequently, these will be discarded in accordance with applicable legislation.
10) CHANGES TO THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY
This Privacy Policy may be amended at any time, according to its purpose or necessity, including for adequacy and legal compliance with a provision of law or standard with equivalent legal force, with the current version always being the most recent.
The User or Visitor must inform BrandLovers, through the service channel: contato@brandlovrs.com, if they do not agree with the amended terms. In the absence of a statement within the stipulated period, or if the User or Visitor continues to use BrandLovers' services or browse our Platform, it will be understood that the User or Visitor has accepted the new Policy.
The new Privacy Policy will be available on the Platform upon the User's or Visitor's next access.
11) APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
All items in this Policy are governed by the laws in force in the Federative Republic of Brazil. For all matters relating to the interpretation, compliance, or any other questions related to this Policy, the parties agree and expressly elect the Central Court of the District of São Paulo. The User or Visitor declares to have read, understood, and accepted all rules, conditions, and obligations established in this Privacy Policy.
